At 24K Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide the best experience possible.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Compatibility issues
  • Normal wear and tear

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
